COSA

Calling all Self-Advocates!

North Central Virginia Community of Self-Advocates (COSA) was developed through a partnership between The Arc of North Central Virginia and Rappahannock Rapidan Community Services.

COSA provides opportunities for adults 18 & up with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock counties to connect through educational, social, and recreational activities facilitated by members of our local community!

COSA will enable individuals with IDD to:
- connect with others
- share your experiences
- explore new opportunities
