Camille’s mom says she is…..

Brainy, Kind, Adaptable

Camille says “Nice” and “Incredible”

Camille is “the family glue” 

She reminds us every day to be grateful for our blessings.

She is determined and conscientious in everything she does. 

Camille loves to read and write, text and call her friends and family, cook, listen to her CDs, and watch  movies.

She keeps active with her daily walks, tending to her chickens, and doing daily chores.

Camille’s special gifts are: Spelling, Memory, Order, Time-Keeping, Humor

Camille can give a good belly laugh by saying something wickedly funny.

Her family and her friends bring Camille joy. 

Camille has a lot of love for all of them… and her tablet.

Her adaptability surprises others: her French relatives are amazed at her ability to go with the flow, discover new people, places, foods.

Locally Camille enjoys Chipotle, the boutiques in Warrenton, and Osaka.

In France, she asks for seafood, and likes to eat mussels and fries by the sea. 

Camille has been a Special Olympian for 20 years. “I want to win at the State's Special Olympics Swim Competition.”

Camille has been involved with the Arc of NCV since its creation.

She speaks about it very often as something valuable to her life.

The Arc’s online events have been a lifesaver for Camille during COVID. 

She doesn’t miss a single activity! 

She also loves The Arc Dance! 

Camille’s mom wishes the community… had a better understanding of what people with disabilities need and dream of, and embraced inclusion as the natural choice rather than the exception.
