Virtual Yoga

Join us on October 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 via Zoom for Virtual Yoga!

This course will be a beginners yoga class conducted in the hațha style. We will begin with 15 minutes of guided meditation and then move into roughly 30 minutes of āsana, followed by yoga nidra (systematic relaxation). Poses will advanced in difficulty as the class progresses, but modifications for all needs will be provided as needed. No standing poses will be included
