The Donation Process
The Arc of NCV uses Kindful, the secure donation platform within Bloomerang, to process donations. Individual Donor Accounts can be created in Kindful to make donations and to access your donation information. One-time or monthly gifts can be made through the donation page on our website HERE.

Individual Donor Accounts:
Donors gain access to their previous donation information and End of Year Tax Receipts by logging into their Individual Donor Account HERE. A password can be reset and account established using the links at the bottom of the login screen. Email: for assistance and questions.

Modifying or Canceling Monthly Donations:
To modify an existing monthly donation, the current donation must be canceled (or an end date added) and a new recurring donation scheduled.

There are two options for canceling a monthly donation--
1) Email to request cancellation of your donation.
2) Log into your Individual Donor Account HERE to cancel the donation (or add an end date).
