The Arc of North Central Virginia's COSA Young Entrepreneurs empowers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to explore, launch, and grow their own businesses. Through personalized support, hands-on education, mentorship, and real-world sales opportunities, participants gain the tools and confidence to turn their ideas into income-generating ventures.
The program includes business planning, marketing, mentoring, and community events where entrepreneurs can showcase their work. By combining practical skills with self-advocacy, this initiative helps participants build independence, strengthen community connections, and celebrate the value of disability-owned businesses.
CYE meets once per month via Zoom to network and learn about entrepreneurial resources.
