The North Central Virginia Community of Self-Advocates (COSA) Program provides opportunities for adults 18 & up with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock counties to connect through educational, social, and recreational activities facilitated by members of our local community!
COSA will enable individuals with IDD to:
- connect with others
- share experiences
- explore new opportunities
